Jo Moore

Jo is a highly experienced Senior executive, with extensive expertise in leading Global organisations through significant periods of change. As Global Program Director, Jo successfully delivered the technology integration for JPMorgan Chase, on time and within budget. She has a reputation for developing innovative solutions for success, creating Lean scalable operating models with strong commercial foundations and robust governance, in industries ranging from Finance to Video Games.

Jo brings a unique mix of skills and experience having previously been Global CFO for Technology and Operations at JPMorgan, Board advisor to Societe Generale, Regulatory consultant for HSBC and Vice Chair of an NHS Foundation Trust. She is a Lean Master Black Belt, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an Executive and Transformational coach

Creative Director

Andrew Bishop

Andrew has worked in the animation & FX industry for over 30 years. During that time he has handled the distribution of LightWave in the UK and been the lead demonstrator for LightWave at trade shows such as Siggraph and IBC. Andrew took LightWave from launch to number one 3D software in the UK / Europe.


Andrew has also been responsible for some of London’s best known effects houses, amgFX & Film Factory , VFX at Molinare and finally Darkside Animation/ Darkside Studios. Andrew created the effects on ‘Outcasts’ (BBC 1), ‘Origins of Us’ (BBC 1) ‘Horizon’ (BBC 1), ‘Spooks’ and ‘Hustle’ (BBC 1), 'Strikeback' (Sky 1), 'Yonderland' (Sky 1) and 'How the Universe Works' (Discovery - which is their second highest grossing programme of all time)

Marketing Director

Donetta Colboch

Donetta has been involved with the marketing of LightWave since its inception. She was instrumental in building long-term relationships with customers, educational facilities and Regional distributors, as well as developing numerous marketing campaigns and PR strategies throughout its
unrivalled history.

Donetta brings significant Corporate memory as well as her extensive marketing skills and will be an invaluable member of the LightWave senior team. Her enthusiasm and commitment to this product is highly valued within the industry and in particular, with LightWave’s loyal customers.

Head of development

Elmar Moelzer

Elmar has 25 years experience in 3D software programming and development. He currently specialises in the medical sector having designed a world leading body visualisation system, built around the functionality of LightWave.

Elmar has significant experience in product and team management as well as more specifically with the development of LightWave, having headed the development of the software in 2004. His knowledge of video editing, visual effects and animation will be invaluable in helping position LightWave for the future.

Beta Team Lead

Deuce Bennett

Jack Bennett II, known as Deuce in many professional circles, is a veteran of 25 years of Motion Picture special physical effects, as well as upwards of 30 years doing visual effects for a few commercials and television productions, as well as animations and graphics for the proposal industry.

Deuce is the LightWave™ Beta Team Lead, as well as the Customer Service Lead and User Liaison for LightWave Digital’s LightWave 3D®. Prior to that, Deuce was a member of the prior LightWave team for almost 20 years and still works closely with studios and end users that use LightWave.

Branding & Comms Director

Jonathan O'Garr

Jonathan’s career began to flourish as a founder, creative director, and curator for streetwear brands in the 90’s and 00’s, including Gio Goi, Bench, Hooch, Religion, and Burn ‘n’ Violet. More recently being appointed lecturer for Marketing across academic institutions in Asia. His extensive marketing knowledge and his trailblazing ideas enhance communication and engagement to achieve global brand success.

Leveraging partnerships and building relationships with customers, shareholders and industry leaders, Jonathon accelerates and amplifies projects to achieve recognition from local, national, and International press.

Non Executive Director

Giles Walker

Giles is the Global CTO to Unilever at Microsoft. He comes from a diverse background of supply chain, logistics (rail), manufacturing and financial services. His career started in analytics and BI and later to consultancy where he ran the Avanade data team for the UK&I and is now at Microsoft as the CTO to Unilever.

With over 15 years of experience in business analysis, driving technology strategies, and process re-design, he will provide clarity on how to deliver value. He has worked on projects across the Australian Pacific region as well as in the UK and Europe.

Giles is a regular keynote speaker talking on topics such as the Metaverse and the future of technology within business. A qualified Six Sigma practitioner with skills in Agile Project Management, Lean Kaizen, and Design.
